This website will be unavailable on Thursday, October 1, from 5am to 7am EDT to perform necessary maintenance.
Philippe helped Silicon Valley Bicycle Coalition assess whether or not their current website is optimally supporting its mission and goals, and outline the scope for needed changes and improvements.
Our website is our main hub of communication with our donors and volunteers, and is also how most people find out about us. It's important that it represents us accurately and provides information people need to bike safely or to advocate for better biking where they live. We also want our website to be so helpful it inspires people to donate or volunteer - kind of like how if you walk into a store and enjoy your time there, you're more likely to buy something.
This project will save us $4,762, allowing us to give more of our budget to the advocacy and programs teams, who do vital work in the community to make sure biking is safe and comfortable for all people, of all abilities, and of all ages.
I have been running a web design agency in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2001, www.nodiamonds.com. When looking at improving web presence, I focus on the perspective of the user and try to convey the organization's messages as clearly as possible. Our clients range from startups, universities, and nonprofits.
This is the 2nd project posted by Silicon Valley Bicycle Coalition.
