Hi, my full time job is solving challenges like this one - that aren't really just about technology but technology can play a role in solving. I already started thinking of ideas; I'd need to learn a bit more about your current client base, any systems you're using, compliance/privacy restrictions (I imagine you manage sensitive information) and I'd be happy to do some thinking ahead of our call. Already have some ideas leveraging texting as a workflow, and maybe text forwarding to email as attachments. I'm passionate about immigration so would love to help.
